New home for the Blue Hill Food Coop and cafe, this building is designed to operate the cafe and the grocery store separately when necessary. The design is targeting zero net energy with daylighting, high efficiency fixtures and equipment, waste heat recovery for 100% space heating, and a high performance envelope. The roof supports a very large photo-voltaic solar panel array.
